A FEW GOOD THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT PEOPLE

written by evelynw

THE FOLLOWING ARE 30 GOOD POINTS TO REMEMBER WHEN YOU BECOME OR IF YOU ALREADY ARE IN LEADERSHIP OR THE CEO OF A CORPORATION.

1) Showing your compassionate and caring nature will aid you in forging successful relationships.

2) When you extinguish hope, you create desperation.

3) Remember that your followers generally want to believe that what they do is their own idea and ,more importantly that it genuinely makes a difference.

4) if you practice dictatorial leadership ,you prepare yourself to be dictated to.

5) Delegate responsibility and authority by empowering people to act on their own.

6) When you make it to the top, turn around and reach down for the person behind you.

7) You must be consistently fair and decent in both the business and personal side of life.
8) Never add the weight of your character to a charge against a person without knowing it to be true.

9) Never crush a man out ,thereby making him and his friends permanent enemies of your organization.

10) Remember: you organization will take on the personality of it’s top leader.

11) It’s not entirely safe to allow a misrepresentation to go, you must confront a misrepresentation of truth .However how you do so will determine your positive or negative outcome

12) Remember that the truth is generally the best vindication against slander.

13) Do the very best you know how – the very best you can – keep doing so until the end.

14) Make consistency one of the main cogs in the machinery of your corporation.

15) Remember that it is not best to swap horses when crossing streams.

16) Avoid major conflict in the form of quarrels and arguments. You simply don’t have time for that.

17) If you are a good leader, when your work is done, your aim fulfilled, your people will say,”We did it ourselves”.

18) Try not to feel insecure or threatened by your followers.

19) Let disputing parties work out their differences by bringing them together and guiding their dialog .

20) When your subordinates come up with good ideas, let them go ahead and try,but monitor their progress.

21) Those leaders who achieve something at the head of one group will eclipse those who do nothing at the head of a hundred.

22) Leave nothing for tomorrow that can be done today.

23) When the occasion is piled high with difficulty ,rise with it.

24) Think anew and act anew.

25) Don’t lose confidence in people when they fall.

26) If you never try, you’ll never succeed.

27) Remember that the best leaders never stop learning.

28) Remember that there will be times when you simply should not speak. Say to you listeners: “Kindly let me be silent”.

29) Loyalty is more often won through private conversation then in any other way.

30) Remember, everyone likes a compliment.

H.W. – Pick 5 out of this 30 point instructional and tell how you would apply each in any given circumstance. You may make up your own scenario to work with.

WHEN NO ONE CARES WHO GETS THE CREDIT.

written by evelynw

There is no limit to what can be accomplished when no one cares who gets the credit. It is important to cast a vision of servanthood to lay leaders and those in the church who serve the body of Christ.

PREACH SERVANTHOOD
There can be no greater example of servanthood then Jesus Christ. He was someone who could have expected everyone to serve him. However he continually offered himself as the servant of all. You get what you preach. If the church needs to be reminded to serve one another ,preach servanthood.

LIVE SERVANTHOOD.
If Jesus can do it,so can the preacher. People live by our example more then what we preach. If we preach servanthood but live lordship, people will become confused and view it as hypocrisy.

REWARD SERVANTHOOD.
Praise those who put others first. Openly applaud those who go out of their way to put others needs before their own needs. Jesus said,”when you have done it to the least of these, you have done it to me”. He wanted us to know how important servanthood was.

EXPECT SERVANTHOOD.
People will perform the way you expect them to. Believe in the potential of servanthood in your congregation. Let people know unselfish acts should not be rare, but the norm in a Christian church.

EVANGELIZE VIA SERVANTHOOD.
When we put others needs before our own needs and go out of our way to meet those needs.,it is very attractive to the world. Society encourages others to worry about themselves. However, many people are tired of the dog eat dog world they live in and desire to be a part of something that blesses others.

H.W. Picture yourself as a new pastor or new leader in the church and you have been given the job of portraying the way a leader should act in a given situation, perhaps two sisters are fighting over who goes first in the food line ,what action could you do to show forth good servanthood? Then put yourself in their place and discuss in one paragraph how you felt about the situation even though no words were spoken. How did the response of what you did help them to begin to see the error of that behavior, without having to verbally discuss or rebuke this person?

OUR VISION MUST BE ABLE TO SEE INTO THE FUTURE

written by evelynw

HOW DO TODAYS GREAT LEADERS AFFECT THE LIVES OF PEOPLE FOR GENERATIONS?

These effects are sometimes not evident until the great leader is gone. That is very sad because a great leader often never gets to see how it all turns out and how they have affected the lives of others around them. Think about Abraham Lincoln who began the process of freeing the Blacks from slavery ,yet never lived to see it happen.

Or how about Martin Luther King. Incredible changes have taken place all over our country because of the stand that this man took and the leadership tat he represented, and possessed. Yet he too was killed befoer he could see the fruits.

AFTER ALL THAT JESUS HAD DONE ON THIS EARTH,HE ONLY HAD 11 MEN FOLLOWING HIM WHEN IT WAS ALL SAID AND DONE.

Then he dies and leaves his entire vision with 11 doubting, selfish ,lying, fearful, faithless, cowards. “But for the joy that was set before him”…

THINK ABOUT THAT.

At times he had thousands upon thousands following him. In the end, however ,there were only 11 left.  Most men would probably feel like a failure if after having a following of thousands only to have the numbers dwindle down to 11 men following him. I know i would probably feel “what on earth am I doing wrong”.

Yet Jesus seemed satisified with that. He was content knowing that these eleven would do what he said to do and preach what he said to preach. Jesus was a leaders whose vision was larger then the man who possessed it. It was a vision that would outlast him by thousands of years.

I WONDER HOW MANY LEADERS ARE WILLING TO LIVE AND STAND FOR SOMETHING THAT THEY WILL NEVER SEE THE EFFECTS OF.

I wonder how many would give up right now if they found out that their vision and work would not be fulfilled until after they were dead. I’ll bet more then a few.

What if the small church I pastor would never grow any larger? How would I feel as a leader if after a lifetime of ministering , I never lived to see the fruits of it? Thats what happened to Jesus.

I have to say I would feel like a complete failure if that happened to me.”If my vision was not larger then the results I saw in my lifetime.” You see friend we have to see the little child in our church as a future missionary. We have to see that young person as a future pastor. The little girl who is so shy…I have to see her as being someone who will carry the message I preach to the next generation.

MY VISION MUST BE ABLE TO SEE INTO THE FUTURE. IT ABSOLUTELY MUST BE ABLE TO TRANSCEND NOT ONLY MY LIFETIME,  BUT ALSO MY BENEFIT AND PERSONAL AMBITIONS.

I cannot pastor this church solely with the goal that someday it will provide a full time salary for me. That would be a very small vision. My church hears me …”One day our church might possibly be in the thousands! ” Now I have to tell you this vision is so much bigger then I am .I’m not capable of that kind of leadership .I realize that But my vision is bigger then (ME).Bigger then my abilities and disabilities. Therefore it will take generations to accomplish such a vision.

I CANNOT LIMIT GOD’S WORK BY MY OWN LIMITATIONS.

I cannot place boundries around the vision that God has given to me. Boundries like my own self worth, mental abilitie or even personal spirituality.

The leader whose vision can see into the future, possess the ability to effect the lives of people for generations.

H.W.  In a paragraph or two describe the vision that God has placed with in you as a leader and explain why it is that being here at Church On Higher Ground is a part of your process and spiritual developement.

22) Are you gonna get any better or is this it?

23) Opportunities are seldom labeled

24) Seize the opportunity of a lifetime, during the lifetime of the opportunity.

25) Circumstances do not make you what you are…they reveal what you are.

26) Look carefully at the closest associates in your life, for that is the direction you are heading in.

HW. Using three of the examples given on this page list how you would deal with a situation and how you would use those three examples to turn things around for a more positive outcome in your professional relationship. How is this related to your position in Ministry? Is there any difference between the two?

” PEOPLE PRINCIPLES”

written by evelynw

YOU CANNOT CONSISTENTLY PERFORM IN A MANNER THAT IS CONSISTENT WITH THE WAY YOU SEE YOURSELF:

Think about it. It’s a fact of life that people spend most time doing what they will benefit them most.

WHEN YOU REALIZE:

That people treat you according to how they see themselves rather then how you really are,you are less likely to take personally their behavior toward you.

IF YOU’RE WILLING:

To stand apart from the crowd, you’re putting yourself in a vulnerable position. Count on some degree of criticism.

PEOPLE WITHHOLD THEIR BEST EFFORTS :

When they see little or no relationships between what they do and how they are rewarded.

THE KEY TO RELATING TO OTHERS:

Is putting yourself in someone else’s place instead of putting them in their place.

CONFIDENCE IS CONTAGIOUS,A LEADER MUST BE CONSISTENT IN THREE WAYS.

1) PEOPLE – This builds security

2) PRINCIPLES – This provides direction.

3) PROJECTS – This builds morale.

Remember: You can get everything in life you want if you help enough people get what they want.

UNIFORMITY IS THE KEY :

Uniformity is the key to successful teamwork.
The glue that holds the team together is UNITY OF PURPOSE.

Show me a person who sees himself negatively and I will show you a person who sees others in a negative way.

A LEADER WITH CONFIDENCE:

A leader with confidence is a leader who brings about positive change in people.

HOME WORK QUESTION: Do you see yourself in a positive or a negative way, and either positive or negative what can you do to bring about an even more healthier relationship between those you work with ,live with and meet everyday in life.

Please e-mail answer to this question to: (www.pastoreweber@yahoo.com. ) Thank You

IT’S MINE. MINE! MINE! MINE!

written by TonyV

Did you ever see a child in the Sunday School Room wanting his or her own way, ready to clobber anyone who came near enough to threaten their prized possession? You might not remember what the toy was but I am sure you will never forget the spoiled defiance the child displays if someone tries to free it from his hand.

The toy is not his, it belongs to another child. The parent, embarrassed, was trying to retrieve it. It was not going to come easy. With feet stomping and face grimaced, he yelled,”it’s Mine! Mine! Mine! ”

Spirits come against the church in all forms. Lust has destroyed many ministries and churches. Jealousy has also dropped down his fare share of great congregations. Pride itself has been victorious over many of God’s elect. The list gos on and on. To say it doesn’t is to not face the reality that we are in a great war with evil.

There is another spirit that is often over looked and has exposed itself once again. His name is “Mine”.

Mine is a proud spirit — in fact he and pride work very well together. He does his greatest work in seemingly mature congregants. He works to introduce the spirit of possessiveness in people’s hearts.

How humble people are when they first come to Christ. On bended knee we repent to God for our past sins and plead with God for a new fleshly heart. For weeks and months we are happy just to be a part of the kingdom. Enjoying God’s blessings and fellowship with God’s people, we start a new wonderful life.

Everything goes along just as Christ planned it for the new convert. They are growing in newness of life. They are learning to trust him and find healing for their wounds in their hearts. “Mine,” however, lurks in the shadows. He hides, waiting for the perfect opportunity to pounce. However, he has no chance as long as humility fills the heart of the new child of God.

Then, it happens: the new church member is asked to get involved (now this in itself is exactly what is supposed to happen). The call to work in the harvest is for everyone. So with great adulation, he is asked to teach a Sunday school class, become a greeter at the entrance of the church or play an instrument with the orchestra. And regardless of place or position “Mine” is waiting.

They are humble at first. It may, in fact, take several months or even years but “Mine “is patient. He knows that if he waits long enough and pride does his work, he will soon get a chance. He knows in time that the individual will begin to feel like the ministry that they were asked to share in, will soon begin to feel like their own.

The classroom will begin to feel like “their” classroom. The spot in the choir will begin to feel like “their” spot. Since there are a few people in the church who can do it, the sound man will begin to feel like it is “his” sound room, and in fact the equipment is also his. The way he does things is “his” way and no one else knows what they are talking about. Now “Mine” is in control.

Pastors sometimes talk about “their” church. We say things like “My people”. We teach our churches to allow “Mine” in when we say “our church” and “your ministry”.

Is anything truly ours? Are they “our saints”? Is it really “My Pulpit”? Before anyone would lay claim of ownership to something, they must first pay the price. I wonder who purchased anything in Christ’s church that he already didn’t purchase with his own blood. We would say, I’ve spent two years in the ministry and I deserve the right to lay claim. Or 30 years ago my husband and I came here when there were only 4 people. But now there is a great congregation of over 300 people and they are all “Mine”. “My people”.

I’ve been involved in helping a few Pastors get through some rough spots in the past, in fact I would say that a couple of them truly needed my help.

Of the few that I have helped, most of them had issues because of “Mine”. Mine got in the way of truly ministering to God’s people.

Some people have been around for a while now and they get the feeling that their place on the church board is “Theirs” and they’ve earned it. Years of service and contribution have earned them the right to “their” position. Still others were music directors whose talents make them feel “irreplaceable”. The list goes on and on. In each situation, these people feel like no one (including the Pastor) can tell them what to do. Anyone attempting to usurp “their” position or even suggest that there is a better way is fare game for vicious attacks of gossip, slander or even spiritual murder.

Once “Mine” is allowed to work in a church, very little is left untouched by his cunningness. Here is why the ministry must guard their hearts. If the spirit is allowed to work in our hearts and minds, it will not take long before it is working in the hearts of church members. Constantly reminding the church of the price that Christ paid is a good way to keep “Mine” out. Letting them know that your own ministry is entrusted to you by God and it is His to remove whenever He wills, gives them an example to follow. Encourage church leaders to constantly be looking for others to mentor into positions will also help them keep their hearts pure and desirous to see others come into areas of ministry.

I’m sure if you think about it, you may find “Mine” at work in some areas of ministry you are a part of or the church you Pastor. He or she has been around a long time. He was there when Lucifer took Jesus into the High Place and was shown the kingdoms of the world. He waited and hoped that he could get into Jesus’ heart that day. Jesus, however, had a heart that yielded to the Father. He said, “Thou shalt not tempt the Lord Thy God”. He knew that should He lay claim to the kingdoms, then His example to the church would be to lay dominions in this world and not in the place called Heaven.

Jesus’ example to all of us was to have the heart of a servant. While He washed the disciples’ feet, he was teaching all of us all that none of us was the master of another. If our master is a servant then we are the servants of a servant. Can a servant be greater then the master?

The servant then is owner of nothing. His possessions belong to his master. No matter how long or how hard the servant labors for his master, he will never have the right to call his goods his own. To the servant with a pure heart, this is by no means a problem. His desire is never to his own gain, but only to the one he serves. He prides himself not in how much he holds, but rather how much he increases his master’s goods.

If his master is a good master he rewards his servants. The reward may or may not come in the form of goods. It may only be that the servant has the right to live in the master’s home. Or it may be that he gets to enjoy his Lord’s favor. His master may even consider him family at some point or even entrust that servant with all that he owns (as was the case with Joseph on two occasions).

Through the prophet Isaiah, God said that he would not “. . . give His Glory to another, neither His praise to graven images” Isa.42:8. Glory can be defined in many ways: credit, fame, praise, triumph, success and admiration are all forms of glory. While it is biblical to give honor, it is also biblical to return that praise to the one who rightfully deserves it. That one always being Jesus Christ. When that praise is rightfully returned to the one who paid for it, “Mine” has no entrance.

THE HEALTHY PASTORAL LEADER

written by evelynw

In his research of leaders both historical and contemporary, author Robert Clinton found that few leaders actually finish the race well. In his two books “The Making Of A Leader” and “The Mentor Handbook” he explains that finishing well could be defined as a life that until it’s end is increasingly more in love with Christ, more committed to his service and more devoted to godly leadership.

What causes a leader to continue to grow ,to stay on track and to finish well in life and ministry?

FIVE HABITS OF EFFECTIVENESS.-Effective leaders learn to become intentional about their character growth and formation. In this development of a leader we can make three observations:

1) God develops a leader over a life time.
2) God uses people, circumstances and ministry assignments to shape the life of a leader.
3) Leadership plateau is often indicative of a growth issue’s within a leader’s life.

To help us become more intentional about our health as leaders ,let’s explore five insights from leaders who have finished well.

1) HEALTHY LEADERS ARE LIFE LONG LEARNERS – Leaders pursue three types of training: personal training,(personal growth ,projects, personal research);informal training(workshops, seminars, conferences); and formal training
(continuing education,degree programs).

2) HEALTHY LEADERS ARE COMMITTED TO SERVE AND DEVELOP OTHERS – Be alert to potential leaders in your sphere of influence (11 Cor.1:3-4; 11Tim.2:2 ).

3) HEALTHY LEADERS HAVE A DYNAMIC VIEW OF LIFE AND MINISTRY. – There are three key elements to a personal mission statement – biblical purpose, values and vision.

4) HEALTHY LEADERS EXPERIENCE REPEATED TIMES OF RENEWAL – Effective, godly leaders develop intimacy with God,which in turn overflows into all areas of their ministry . The essential ingredient of leadership is the powerful presence of God in their life and ministry..Leaders incorporate the spiritual disciplines into their walk.

5) HEALTHY LEADERS HAVE A LIFE PERSPECTIVE – God brings along many destiny experiences to shape a leaders ministry .Leaders manifest a growing awareness of their sense of destiny.

H.W. Question: What do you feel are healthy steps to help you finish the course that God has set for you.List five things that you can do to help facilitate your success as a leader.

HOW TO COMMUNICATE THROUGH YOUR PREACHING TO CHANGE LIVES

written by evelynw

WHY DO PREACHERS PREACH?

Since the goal of preaching is to change lives, preaching is the ultimate tool for church growth. But how can you be effective in communication through preaching? Listed below are eight questions to ask about your preaching.

As leaders you may be called on to preach at any given time.
The word tells us in and out of season that we should be ready to give an account for Jesus Christ. We should be able at any given time to persuade one to believe the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.

1) WHO WILL I BE PREACHING TOO?

Asking questions like,”what are their needs?’ will help us focus on where the people are. Why ask? Because although there are three things that always get one’s attention.

A) Things that threaten us.
B) Things that are unusual.
C) Things that we value.

“A preacher can only keep people’s attention by focusing on what people value.”

2) WHAT DOES THE BIBLE SAY ABOUT THEIR NEEDS?

Since the Bible is the book of life , it will have the answer to people’s needs! The preachers task is to show the listener that the Bible is relevant for today’s needs.

3) WHAT IS THE MOST PRACTICAL WAY TO SAY IT?

Application is the central task in preaching. So, preaching must be practical enough for people to know what to do. How to make preaching more practical?

A) Always aim for action.
B) Tell the people why.
C) Show them how.

Exhortation without explanation leads to frustration. Too often people respond to a message with the expression, “Yes,but how?” In other words, I agree with what you are saying, but “how do I do it?”

4) WHAT IS THE MOST POSITIVE WAY TO SAY IT?

Jesus never tried to convert anyone with anger. Although the scriptures clearly warn of judgment, negative preaching only produces negative people.

I always try to promote the positive alternatives to sin and preach humbly.

5 )WHAT IS THE MOST ENCOURAGING WAY TO SAY IT?

Everyone has three fundamental needs.

A) To have their faith reinforced.
B) To have their hope renewed.
C) To have their love restored.

The key to encouraging people is don’t just tell it like it is,but also tell it like it could be.

6) WHAT IS THE SIMPLEST WAY TO SAY IT?

Truth in simple ways. Since a person forgets 90%-95% of what they hear in seventy-two hours, the sermon needs to be definable in a single thought. How do you simplify the sermon?

A) Condense the message into a single sentence.
B) Avoid using religious terms.
C) Keep your outline simple.
D) Make your application fit.
E) Never make a point without a picture.

7) WHAT IS THE MOST PERSONAL WAY TO SAY IT?

Skeptical are resistant to sales pitches, so the message must be made personal “He’s /she’s preaching to me!” How do you preach with impact?

A) Honestly share your struggles.
B) Honestly share your progress.
C) Share what you are learning.

One note concerning this, if it hurts those around you that you love such as spouse or children then do not share it, as it can cause this person to become removed from the things of God.

8) WHAT IS THE MOST INTERESTING WAY TO SAY IT?

To the unchurched, dull preaching is unforgivable. Vary your delivery! Jesus told stories about people and he also used humor. Humor relaxes people, makes painful medicine easier to accept, and creates positive emotions.

IN SUMMARY: Good effective preaching is not just an accident. It should be thought through. Finally, the most effective key to preaching is simply LOVE PEOPLE!

H.W. QUESTION: For those of you who preach, how have you spent your time preparing for your sermon and how much time did you spend preparing it.
Do you feel that you were ready to preach this topic or can you admit to the need to prepare more.

For those who have yet to preach it is a good thing to begin to try out the five minute in the fire hose using the following five points.

Here is a quick lesson on sermon preparation. I call it the five point sermon preparation.

1) Introduction: You should be able to give an idea to your audience through your introduction, where you are going to
go.

2) Reference point number one: Here you gather proof for your sermon and you must prove your topic/ point to your listeners. You should have dates and historical references also.

3) Reference point number two: Should be more of the same, just using a different scripture reference. Here again you should have dates, events surrounding the primary topic, and show a possible time line.

4) Reference point number three: Should be more scripture to prove your point. For example if you are preaching on love then reference points one, two, and three should all be scriptures on love and how we are to love one another. A good reference point to love on how to and how not to love one another would be to quote (1Corinthians:13).You should show why the writer wrote this scripture, who he was addressing, and the reasons for it.

5) The ending, it should be like landing an airplane, point number one should be your takeoff and point number five should be your landing points.

Simply close it out, possibly with an altar call or a simple prayer of blessing. Be sure that the landing is smooth and not choppy. The engine should not cut off suddenly but should be turned off after a safe and cohesive landing.

10 TRAITS TO IDENTIFY A PROMISING PERSON

written by evelynw

Identifying a leader is not easy. You must often times select a few prospects and begin to work with them. Waiting for the cream to rise to the top. While you are mentoring and waiting for maturity here are a few things we should begin to look for. And as a Pastor I look for this .

1) LEADERSHIP IN THE PAST – The best predictor of the future is the past. How did they function under pressure ,what was their response during a crisis. Were they able to gather the people,or did they scatter the sheep.

2) THE CAPACITY TO CREATE OR CATCH A VISION – This is very key. When I talk to people about the future ,I want their eyes to light up .I want them to ask the right questions. I look to see if they will jump in and make that vision their own . Because during the season of training you must plow in an others vineyard before you can plant your own.

3) A CONSTRUCTIVE SPIRIT OF DISCONTENT – Some people would call this criticism ,but their is a big difference in being constructively discontent and being critical .

4 ) PRACTICAL IDEAS – Not everybody with practical ideas is a leader,of course, but leaders seem to be able to identify which are and which aren’t.

5) A WILLINGNESS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY – Leaders will bear work ,for the feeling of contributing to other people is what leadership is all about.

6) A COMPLETION FACTOR – In the military ,it is called “completed staff work”. The half cooked meal isn’t what you want. Some leaders start out on a new project with great vigor however half way thru they stop.

7) MENTAL TOUGHNESS – No one can lead without being criticized or without facing discouragement. I don’t want a leader,I want a tough leader. Thats what I am looking for in my leaders.

8) PEER RESPECT – Peer respect doesn’t reveal ability ,but can show character and personality. Also ,you must always keep in mind that it doesn’t matter if they like you or not,but it matters if they respect you or not.

9) FAMILY RESPECT – The family’s feelings towards someone reveals much about his or her potential to lead. A true leader will have the respect of their spouses, children and siblings. They will even be recognized by their parents no matter what their age is.

10) A QUALITY THAT MAKES PEOPLE LISTEN TO THEM – Potential leaders have a “holding court” quality about them. When they speak, people listen. That quality that they reflect is the development of ” Christlike Character “. This takes time and patience on the part of both the leader and the one who is to be their mentor. This can be teacher ,pastor and the like.

HOMEWORK QUESTION – What qualities do you feel you have developed over the course of time and training in your life?
And what qualities do you feel you still need work in ?

THE 15 VITAL TRAITS OF LEADERS

written by evelynw

What are the characteristics of top leaders?
Why are some leaders so effective while others struggle?
Listed are 15 vital traits of leaders who rise tot he top.

1) SECURE IN SELF – Leaders are marked by confidence in themselves. Being secure in yourself builds confidence for others to follow.
2) IN CONTROL OF ATTITUDE – If you lose control, you lose. Period. Leaders control their attitude ,because people read the leader all the time.
3) TENACIOUS – Keep going until somethings stops you, then keep going. Leaders are persistent and determined. Nothing ever happens in one day,one request
or one prayer. Keep going.

7) ORIGINAL – Leaders are visionaries and are

always looking at doing things differently.
8) PUBLICLY MODEST – Secure people are modest. Being modest doesn’t mean being shy,or undervaluing yourself. But neither does it mean being pretentious or being a braggart.

10) DETAIL ORIENTED – The small things will always make the big difference.Paying attention to detail saves you time that would be lost in going down the wrong path.

12) FIGHTERS FOR THEIR PEOPLE – If you ant people to back you, back them. Be loyal, spread the credit, share the spirit and share the lead.
