Rev. Leon O. Breece

Leon and Vikki Breece have attended Higher Ground Ministries since its inception. They have been faithful servants of the house of the Lord. Vikki and Leon are both licensed Ministers through Higher Ground Ministries and have proven they have what it takes to do the job.  Their love for God and for God’s people is very evident in the way they serve here at Higher Ground.

Earlier this year, Pastor Leon was ordained a Reverend in the church.  Pastor Leon accepted the position of Assistant Care Pastor. God spoke to Pastor Weber and, after much prayer and council, she announced to the church that he was the candidate for this position.

Leon is very blessed that Vikki is his wife, she shows her love for God and his people. She is a teacher and a dynamic preacher. Together they make a great addition to the team of Ministry at Higher Ground Church.

Pastor Leon and Vikki have six children and they have just celebrated their thirty-first Wedding Anniversary.
